Meet Our Team

Marti brings 15+ years experience to real estate. Her dedication to clients is foremost in her practice of helping people buy and sell property. One of her best accomplishments is helping people grow wealth by making educated decisions about buying and selling.

Oregon native and 5th generation Junction City resident she brings solid knowledge of the local area and state of Oregon. Her family is in the timber business. She personally has bought and sold since she was 17 years old with her first purchase being a lease option. She and her husband own rental properties. She has also lived through and sold through the down turn of the market in 2007-2009 and the height of selling in 2021-2022.

Marti’s resides in Junction City with her husband on a 10 acre hobby farm that grows Christmas tress and blueberries. Her husband is a plumbing contractor that owns his own business. Her kids and grandkids all live close and she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, gardening, fishing, camping and hiking.

I have over 40 years’ experience in business and marketing and hold the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute Certified Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Council of Residential Specialists and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

I’m also honored to have earned the Five Star Agent award for 11 years in a row, Corvallis’s only agent so designated in Portland Monthly magazine.

In my free time I participate in many civic and community service activities including the Greater Corvallis Rotary Club. My husband and I enjoy hiking the beautiful Benton County trails, visiting our daughters and family, attending cultural events and cheering on the Beavers.

Jessie is a dedicated realtor who strives to help her clients explore all options when faced with issues be they negative or positive with the ability to convey her client’s position and act on their behalf regardless of her personal needs. She knows the local community, both as an agent and a neighbor, and can help guide you through any real estate transaction.

She prides herself on her ability to bring positivity into her client’s lives. A real estate sale or purchase often comes at an occasion in someone’s life, new baby, marriage, a loss, a divorce, etc. It’s important to her to be able to help you navigate a purchase or sale during these times in a way that shines light on the positive and brings ease to the transaction. She loves a good list which typically consists of phone calls to friends, check ins with clients, sometimes a tough negotiation, a piece of personal development and anything that involves running a family with a husband and three kids.

Tyler Fielder has been with the team since Fall of 2021 and brings 10 years of knowledge and skills in business and office management.

She is driven and energetic to provide excellent customer service to clients and real estate agents.

When she’s not assisting agents she is managing her family ranch. Her and her husband are 5th generation ranchers that raise and sell Red Angus cattle and hay.

They have two adorable twins, Kase and Karsen. Her and her husband grew up in the Willamette Valley and reside in Junction City.

Madison brings a genuine passion for real estate and a strong connection to the communities she serves. Since beginning her real estate career in 2022, she has made it her priority to build meaningful relationships with her clients and guide them through one of the biggest decisions they will make. She believes buying or selling a home should feel personal, not transactional, and takes pride in being someone her clients can trust to be honest, attentive, and truly in their corner.

A lifelong Oregonian, Madison has deep roots throughout the Eugene, Junction City, and surrounding communities. Her family has longstanding ties to the Junction City area, giving her a personal connection to the people, land, and communities that make this part of Oregon so special. Growing up in the area, she developed an appreciation for the small-town values, strong sense of community, and beauty that make the Willamette Valley such a wonderful place to call home.

Madison’s approach to real estate is centered around education, communication, and making sure her clients feel confident in their decisions. Whether she is helping someone purchase their first home, find a property that fits their next chapter, sell a longtime family home, or evaluate an investment opportunity, she takes the time to understand what matters most to each individual client. Her goal is not simply to help people complete a transaction, but to help them make decisions they feel good about long after closing.

Outside of real estate, Madison is a proud mom and enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends. She loves being outdoors and taking advantage of all that Oregon has to offer, from exploring the outdoors to enjoying time on the water and making memories with the people she loves. Her roots run deep in this community, and she feels fortunate to build her career helping others find a place to call home in the same area she has always been proud to call home herself.

My husband and I have 4 kids. We recently finished a 3-year trip around the country with my husband’s job.

It was a fun experience, that took us to different locations for about 3 months at a time. In every location we spent time in, we considered if that was going to be our new home, but it wasn’t until we reached the Willamette Valley that we felt we were in the perfect place.

This is such a beautiful area to live and work, and we decided to put our roots down here. My family has been involved in real estate on the investing side for 8 years. Including, owning a strip mall, office complexes, as well as short term residential homes. Some of those projects required renovating, which is a project my whole family loves getting involved in.

I am excited to help people find a house that they can call home. To assist them in the journey their lives are taking them, and experience all the potential this beautiful community of ours has to offer.

I was born and raised on the Oregon Coast. My family is originally from Jalisco, Mexico making me a first-generation Mexican American. Serving in the United States Air Force Reserve for the past three years has been a transformative journey, opening doors to experiences that have shaped my perspective.

Since joining the military I’ve been fortunate enough to do things I may not have had the opportunity to do otherwise. One of these was being able to attend Oregon State University where I studied business. To attend school, I found Corvallis as my new home and have loved it ever since. I met a lot of great people in my time here and through them, I was introduced to real estate. The more time I spent in the area the more I came to love and appreciate where I live. I realized with my passion for helping people and my love of the area that this is what I want to do most.

I am excited to help people as much as I can. With a great team around me and many skilled and experienced brokers, the sky’s the limit.

Servir en la Reserva de la Fuerza Aérea de los Estados Unidos durante los últimos tres años ha sido una experiencia transformadora que me ha abierto las puertas a experiencias que han moldeado mi perspectiva.

Desde que me uní al ejército, he tenido la suerte de hacer cosas que de otra manera no habría tenido la oportunidad de hacer. Una de ellas fue asistir a la Universidad Estatal de Oregón, donde estudié negocios. Para estudiar, Corvallis fue mi nuevo hogar y lo he amado desde entonces. Conocí a mucha gente maravillosa durante mi estancia aquí y, a través de ellos, me introduje al mundo de los bienes raíces.
